After graduating college, I was privileged to step into a management role at one of the top-performing PetSmart PetsHotels in Denver, Colorado. It was there my formal journey in leadership began under the mentorship of a seasoned and brilliant leader with whom I still share a strong relationship today. We fostered a culture of excellence—one that looked like empowered employees making meaningful decisions, outstanding customer satisfaction scores, record-breaking sales, and clients so delighted that they filled our waitlists months in advance. It felt like synergy: a workplace that ran on energy, joy, and trust, where success was the natural byproduct of culture and leadership.

I carried those lessons into an underperforming PetsHotel in Plano, Texas. Within three months, audit scores jumped from 78% to 98%, sales surged, and customer satisfaction consistently topped 95%. Safety incidents nearly vanished, and my team was so empowered that when I stepped away during the holiday season, they executed flawlessly without me. That experience cemented my belief that true business success comes from cultivating leadership, developing people, and implementing systems that empower growth at every level.

After welcoming my daughter, Harper Wren, in 2016, I took a short hiatus to embrace motherhood while nurturing my vision for broader impact. In 2017, I launched Numinous Consulting, providing boutique consulting services while continuing my own professional growth.

By 2018, I was helping open a PetSuites (NVA) in Murphy, Texas, where my love for the startup phase truly came alive. Through servant leadership and intentional culture creation, the business boomed, welcoming over 250 pets during its first holiday season. That success reaffirmed my passion for coaching entrepreneurs, helping them remove barriers, unlock potential, and lead with confidence.

In 2019, I partnered with a franchisee to open a Dogtopia in McKinney, Texas, quickly earning a Top Dog Certification awarded to less than 5% of locations. When the pandemic hit, I created the Puppy Preschool Program—a structured daycare model tailored for the wave of new “pandemic puppies.” The program was so successful it was adopted at the corporate level and expanded across franchise locations, with me guiding owners nationwide in implementation. That period also revealed one of my deepest strengths: helping business leaders rediscover resilience and adaptability when they need it most.

In 2022, I partnered with first-time entrepreneurs to launch a Pet Supplies Plus in St. Charles, Missouri, creating a culture of excellence and cultivating servant leaders. In 2024 I began supporting the launch of Camp Bow Wow Crestwood, blending my industry expertise with the owner’s tech background to build innovative systems and deliver concierge-level pet care. Together, we’re shaping a Disney-like client experience rooted in compassion and trust.

Across every chapter of my journey, one truth has remained constant: success follows when we lead with intuition, integrity, and a servant’s heart. My mission is to help entrepreneurs build thriving businesses where culture, leadership, and operational excellence intersect—transforming visions into lasting legacies.
