challenging the status quo

I feel strongly that each of us is called upon to reach higher, to manifest the reality we want, by asking the tough questions. I always encourage employees to speak up and am glad to hear their voice-sometimes the best ideas come from the front line. The truth is we all have within us greatness- and that we are most satisfied when it emerges and is easily seen. What are the tough questions in your business? Do they center around cost of innovation? Are you terrified of taking the next step, the one that will put you ahead of the game, the visionary step? I would encourage you to think with clarity about what sets anyone apart in any industry, and challenge yourself to be more today. When you have a vision you must fight for it, you must plan for it, you must be flexible in the execution of it-but ultimately it can be yours.
