Worker bee or enlightened leader?

With today’s post I’d like to ask some questions. As the business owner or manager how do you see your role? What percentage of your tasks are housekeeping (scheduling, HR, payroll)? What percentage of your time are you hands on in the business doing the nitty gritty? I’d like you to seriously think about it. If you were to write a job description for yourself what would it entail? Are you just the catch all or have you seriously worked to delegate responsibilities out? I offer this- if you can elevate yourself and learn to see yourself as the talent agent and success facilitator only you are going to be in a much better position to live your best life. Does this mean turning over some control? Absolutely! It also means re-claiming some of your freedom to do the things your heart and soul know you are called to do. How much do you trust yourself? Do you trust that you have hired the right people for the right job roles? You should! It’s okay if they are imperfect people, behaviors are coachable. If you are ready to relinquish the reins and watch your team soar so that your business can boom then this article is for you!
